Horse Model

Here's the horse model I've currently been working on. Eventually, I plan on rigging it, and probably tweaking the textures some more. I haven't decided on what to do with the mane and tail, yet. Right now I'm planning on tackling that once I get him rigged and skinned.

It was modeled in Maya 2011, and the normal map was generated in Zbrush. The base color also was done in Zbrush and was tweaked in photoshop. Final texture sizes are currently 512 X 512.

New Dragon Rig

Finally got around to making something worth posting, and here it is; my attempt at a dragon.

It was built in Maya 2009, and textured with Zbrush and Photoshop. It has a full facial rig, IK/FK switching for the wings and full toe control for each foot.

The rig can be scaled and flipped over without changing its behavior. I also created a group of shelf buttons for selection purposes, as well as one for resetting the rig to the bind pose, and another for selecting all of the controllers.

If anybody would like to play with it, you can download it HERE. Just credit Leslie Paramore. (**If it won't work for you click on the open in a new window link on the page that shows up.)

Here's a short video demostrating the rig. It also contains a wireframe turnaround and the stillframes above.
